CopperTicket supplies collectible postage stamps, postal history and related philatelic material to customers in India and, where permitted, internationally.
1. Shipping destinations
Products marked India Only can be shipped only within India.
Internationally eligible products may be ordered for permitted overseas destinations, subject to shipping availability, payment configuration and applicable legal or export requirements.
Not every listed item is necessarily eligible for international shipping.
2. Processing and dispatch
Orders are prepared for shipment after successful payment verification and confirmation of availability.
Delivery and dispatch estimates, where available, will be communicated at checkout or during order confirmation.
Certain valuable or historically significant items may require additional packing, verification or documentation before dispatch.
3. Shipping charges
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated to the customer before the order is accepted for payment.
Where a shipping method or charge cannot be established, the order cannot proceed until appropriate arrangements have been confirmed.
4. Packaging and tracking
Collectible material is packed with reasonable protective measures appropriate to its size, condition and value.
Tracking details will be provided when supported by the selected shipping service.
5. International shipping
International customers may be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and other destination-specific charges, subject to the disclosed delivery terms and applicable law.
Some products may require export documentation or regulatory clearance. Products without necessary authorization will not be dispatched.
6. Delays or delivery problems
Delivery schedules may be affected by courier operations, customs processing, weather, security restrictions and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
