1. Products and descriptions
We aim to describe each collectible accurately, including its condition, provenance, identifying characteristics and relevant catalogue information where available.
Many items are historic, previously owned and unique. Age-related wear, postal markings, imperfections and variations may form part of an item’s character and value.
Customers should review all photographs, descriptions and condition information before purchasing. Additional information or photographs may be requested before placing an order.
2. Availability and pricing
All purchases are subject to availability and confirmation.
Most philatelic items are unique and may be available in a quantity of one.
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the customer’s permitted shipping destination and the website’s active payment configuration.
Items marked Sold or Reserved are not available for purchase.
Items marked Price on Enquiry are offered for discussion and cannot be purchased directly through the website.
We reserve the right to correct genuine catalogue, pricing or listing errors before accepting or fulfilling an order. If an error materially affects a paid order, the customer will be offered an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
3. Ordering and payment
An order is subject to successful payment confirmation, inventory availability and any applicable shipping or legal restrictions.
Payment options shown at checkout depend on the shipping destination and the payment services currently available.
We do not treat an unverified payment attempt as a completed payment.
4. Shipping restrictions
Certain collectibles are eligible for delivery within India only. International orders are accepted only where the product, destination and relevant legal requirements permit.

6. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Customers must provide accurate account, billing and delivery information.
Users must not attempt fraudulent purchases, unauthorized access, website abuse or manipulation of pricing or payment systems.
We may restrict accounts or transactions where reasonably necessary for security, compliance or fraud prevention.
8. Intellectual property
Website text, original product photographs, branding, layout and other original content belong to their respective owners and may not be commercially reproduced without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
